When Cas killed the demon that was wailing on Sam and people did not connect that to Dean’s prayer.

How did you NOT realize this? Just how?

It was Cas’ first appearance in weeks. And the first thing he does is save Sam. This is immediately following Dean’s prayer.

That’s hard to miss.
